4 months as a school teacher.
I still remembered the first day when I stepped into the school. I was super lost because I have no idea who should I report to, who I can talk to, where I should go, what I should do. I even mistaken the HOD as the admin clerk. Opps.
I used to be nervous when doing relief teaching. After 4 months, doing relief are the most relax lessons. For normal lessons, will still be abit nervous and lsometime lost for words and have to rephrase what I wanted to say.
As of now, I still like teaching. However, I don't really like the school management. Sad to say, my perfect picture of schools without having office politics were ruined after I entered into the real teaching world.
1 month of rest, to recharge myself.
When theres no more tears, it means that you have totally given up.

After the ABS and Hi-Lo lessons at Amore with Andrea yesterday, I'm not sure if I got thinner and more toned. One thing I know is... I've got neck ache, abdominal ache and thigh ache!!! The neck ache is the worse. I don't know how come my neck will ache but there are salonpas on my neck now. =( Those must be the signals of old age, or maybe lack of exercises. It has been donkey years since I last have a good work-out (the last time I can remember was JC PE lesson).
Our hongkong itinerary is almost up. Not enough time for lots of things. So we have to sacrifice some shopping and sightseeing areas. But still, I guess we will have a fun time! =)
Woke up super early this morning and I suddenly feel like cooking myself a sumptous lunch. Try this, its delicious!
What you need:
- Spaghetti
- Campell Cream of Chicken with mushroom Soup
- Streaky bacon (My favourite)
- Chicken thigh meat
- Pork minced meat
- Mushroom
Steps:
1) Boil a pot of water and cook your spaghetti
2) While waiting for the spaghetti to be cooked, cut the chicken thigh meat and streaky bacon into slices and cut the mushroom into smaller pieces
3) Marinate the chicken thigh meat with light soya sauce, pepper and sesame oil
4) Pan-fry the chicken thigh meat, streaky bacon and pork minced meat
5) Boil the mushroom until it is ready to be eaten
6) Remove the spaghetti from the pot of water
7) Boil the campell soup
8) When the campell soup has boiled, add in mushroom, pork minced meat and spaghetti. Make sure they are thoroughly mixed before putting them onto a plate.
9) Place the chicken thigh meat and streaky bacon on top of the spaghetti.
10) Here you go! It's ready to be served. Do eat it while it's hot.
Rubbish post cos my weekend is a pretty slack one. =p
