Random Thoughts

If love is a gamble, what is the bet?

Saw this on my friend's msn nick. Caught my attention and get me thinking. At first, I thought the bet will be time. If you lose the game, you lose your youth or time. But on second thought, you wont win your time. After much thinking, I think the bet is LOVE. Yes, contradicting.

In a relationship, you take a gamble. A gamble that he/she will love you back in return. If you win, you win love. If you lose, you lose the love you have for him/her. Thus, I concluded that the bet is love.

Love shouldnt be said to be like a gamble. You love that person and thus, you go into the relationship. Only when you are not sure of your own feelings, then you are taking a gamble, then you are the testing the water. You just want to see if that guy/ger suits you. It shouldnt be this way. Love should be simple. It should be either you like that person or you dont like that person.

21 years old.. still have this naive thinking.. its not that..its just that i dont want to accept the face that love isnt as simple as it seems to be.

School has officially started but as I only have one core and one elective in my timetable now, I only have to go school on thurs for my core lecture. I have to get another elective and I pray hard when stephy's drop, I will be able to get the slot. Also pray hard that I will do well for my electives as I still want my second lower. Such low aim I have. Haix. =(

One of my kids' tuition have resumed and I believed the other one will resume by next week. It will be back to tuition, schooling and cca lifestyle, with FYP in my schedule now. Haven really touched my FYP yet and I do hope we wont do very badly as Ms chicky tan grades arent that fantastic and cant afford FYP to be cui.

Going to watch Ponyo later. Hehe. The cute fishhhhhh.....
