Yesterday was the first day of work that I need to pick up calls. To be a good customer service officer is never easy. I failed to be a good one for the first call I answered. I was lost and scared lah. Although I knew the ans, I do not haf e confident to ans to e customer enquiry. I made him wait to long and in the end, he was angry lah. Then got another ger hang up on me. But that wasnt my fault becos my comp hang. Sian... Luckily, not only me got this kind of prob. cos basically all new ones met such difficulties. haha. hope that i will get e hang of it soon.

Just now i was helping my bro solve my maths qn lah. Suddenly, i feel like doin maths. I miss maths. my favourtie sub since young. suddenly, i miss my class. e laughters and troubles we always gave to our teachers. the time when e whole class will sit together to haf lunch. waiting for each other to buy their food and eat together. i haf nt seen so many of them aft prom. sad...

i realise that time in school pass more quickly than at work. i will be looking at my watch in e office so often. n everytime, oni like an hr pass. didnt realli tok oso cos now e 6 of us were separated. my days there will be used to listen to calls.unlike in school, although we were having lecture or tutorials, my classmates always chat n chat lah. every hour, there will be laughter n joy. 204 was e best class im in. united and strong.haha.

cny is coming. but nt excited at all. cos i cant celebrate anw. will spend e 3 days rotting at home baz.haha.
