When theres no more tears, it means that you have totally given up.

Wao..thats fast...one week had past without me knowing.. Work attachment was quite fun so far.. I really enjoy working there and talking to a lady in my office..she told me alot of things that I never realise while i was in school...
Firstly, she emphasized that a uni cert is ver important in singapore...without the cert, no matter how hardworking you are, you will never get promoted to a high post... english is also a very important languange. if you are only good at your chinese, you will always remain being a small fry in the company. Also, in every working place, there are people who are hardworking, intelligent, bootlickers. Those bootlickers of cos gt a higher rank then those whu are hardworking..Becos of money, becos of the wish to get a higher post, people will just backstab you in order to get what they want. In the Met. department, all the workers are being divided into 4 categoty. Division 1-4...Division 1 ppl pay is around $5000+, division 2 $3000+, division 3 $2000+, division 4 $1000+...if you are a uni grad, you will easily be in division 2. if not, you can oni remain in division 2. the working society is really more complicated than schools. working adults are less innocent than students. looking from this point of view, i concluded that schooling is still beta than working.
I have done 5 research topics and 2 essay questions this week. I felt a sense of satisfaction after completing the task. furthermore, we finished them before the date line. Thats why im proud of myself. haha.. yesterday i also design survey. the aim of the survey is to find out whether the public would like to see weather forecasts being displayed on the plasma screens at MRT stations. Next week I will be carrying out the survey and I need to finish 200 copies in 2 days. Although it seems alot, i will try my best to finish it. If the result is positive, then e Met. station will try to convince the SMRT management to show the weather forecasts on the plasma screens for free. After finish collating the results, i need to write a report and do a presentation. i feel as if i have returned to the pw world. however, i dun feel sad or unhappy at all...
I have learnt alot this week, from practical skills to research skills. I have learnt the most this week in my entire life. My life this week is the most meaningful. Frankly speaking, i enjoy working there. i like the enviornment there, the friendly and helpful people there. i will consider entering this field when i entered the working world.
lastly, i hope that all my friends whu are also having work attachment will haf fun at their work place and enjoy the short time there, just like me. to those whu haf nothing to do at home, i hope that you will be able to find meaningful activities to participate in instead of wasating the hols.. n to those whu advance, hope that you will study hard for ur term 1 test and do very well.
